Chrome Bank feed

Hi
I have downloaded the Chrome plug in and attempting to download my statement, I get the
error notice
Export failed - incorrect account number or authentication key …

I know the former is correct and wondering about the authentication key - this was given when downloading the plugin but have not discovered where else it should be placed??
I imagine it is something simple but have read your how-to’s not not found it!

Hi @ideas4learning

The authentication key can be found under Account Settings > 3rd Party Integrations > Bank Feeds. Make sure this is enabled, and it will give you an authentication key. This can then be put into the import key box:


Note: screenshot shows Lloyds Bank, but this my vary

The bit I am missing is where the Import Key Box is… sorry to be so dense! LLoyds is fine!

It’s no problem :slight_smile:

If you click on the QuickFile icon:

Then select your bank:

This will load up Lloyds online banking, and should reveal a QuickFile box at the top of the screen. Click ‘Settings’

And you should then see the options I showed you above.
