Client is not receiving my invoices sent via email

I am sending my client invoices through quickfile invoicing page but they are not receiving them … is there a n issue?

Have you set it to use your own “from” address without also setting up your own SMTP server?

I’ve taken a look at your account, and I notice you’re not using a @quickfile.co.uk email address to send the emails. It can cause emails to look like spam and be rejected by your client.

I’d recommend taking a look at this guide which will guide you through some ways to fix this. However, please let us know if you need further help.
