Export to Quickfile button in Natwest online banking website doesn't work

Clicking the button does nothing. Am I missing something? I use Chrome and have the Quickfile extension installed, unchecked remember me, can see the quickfile logo on login, entered a date to integrate from and…Nada! Still have to download csv and import to Quickfile. Help!!!

Yep it looks like Natwest have changed the name of a button, which the extension relied on, they like to do this from time to time.

I will log this and we’ll get an update deployed shortly. It can take 24 hrs to get updated on the Chrome store so I would recommend downloading and uploading the CSVs for now.

UPDATE: We’ve published an update to the feed so this button should start working again shortly.
