Is there any way an extra field could be added for clients, such as a title? I know in this day and age it’s all first name/surname but some of our clients are rather partial to their (often hard-earned) titles such as Lord, Sir, Dr etc. I did start adding the title in the first name box but then realised that on the client management area, this came out as “Welcome Dr Bob…” which was even worse. (just a tag for this, would it also be too difficult to offer title/first name/surname as options for how the client area management screen looks?)
I have looked around the forums to see if there was something like this, so if I’ve missed earlier discussion on this, my apologies!
