To permanently delete your QuickFile account please follow the steps below:

Log into your QuickFile account as an Administrator (the default user).

Go to the Account Settings menu and select All Settings.

You will now see a list of account settings, go to the option “Clear all data in your account”.

Tick the following boxes to remove all the records from your account. Make sure to tick the last box to then permanently delete the account after it has been cleared.
Once you have completed these steps you will be automatically logged out of the account while the data is cleared. You will receive a confirmation once this has been done.
