Hi,
I recently deleted a ‘Primary Contact’ against a customer who had Recurring Invoices configured and entered a new primary contact for this customer. However, when the recurring invoices are sent to the customer they are still going to the old primary contacts email address. I have checked everywhere I can think of to ensure the old contact details aren’t stored anywhere.
The problem does sound quite similar to Deleted contact but still showing on invoices
Please can you let me know if I have missed something or if you can resolve this on my behalf.
