Invoices still being sent to deleted contact

Hi,

I recently deleted a ‘Primary Contact’ against a customer who had Recurring Invoices configured and entered a new primary contact for this customer. However, when the recurring invoices are sent to the customer they are still going to the old primary contacts email address. I have checked everywhere I can think of to ensure the old contact details aren’t stored anywhere.

The problem does sound quite similar to Deleted contact but still showing on invoices

Please can you let me know if I have missed something or if you can resolve this on my behalf.
My account number is 6131435524.
The customers account number is 'SUR’
The old contact which needs to be removed is Steve Lawrence.

I’ve taken a quick look, and everything seems OK on your end. I’ve logged this with our development team to see if they can take a look.

In the meantime, I’ve updated this thread to a bug, and will update this thread as soon as I know more.
