Logged into client account not as an administrator

I logged in this morning to see a very reduced screen (less information, labels and buttons than usual). None of my Clients or Invoices are showing. I have a Small account so shouldn’t have been affected by the new subscription rates for large and X-large accounts

Everything seems fine this end - I can log in all OK.

Do you see the usual dashboard at all, or does it look completely different?

I would think you have logged into a client account not your admin account. This could happen if you setup a client on your account with the same email you use for admin access (but with a different password).

Yes, as you’re basically seeing what your client see’s.

To simplify things I have temporarily changed the email address for that client to @gmail_old.com. Please log out and reset the password. You can then use this to login as the admin.

Thanks a lot Glenn, I logged out and reset the password and that has solved it. Lesson learned!
