Data backup schedule

Hello

Is it possible to be sent from Quick File a monthly data backup to ensure we have historical records for our company accounts, so we can store them independently for additonal security?

I am worried about the threat of losing our data moving forward.
It would be nice to have year end files saved on independent folders on my computer.

You can set back ups of purchases, clients, invoices etc from your account.
