Move recurring invoices from one account to another

Hi

I have been trading as a sole trader for a while now using Quickfile as an invoicing tool and have a handful of recurring invoice profiles created.

I am now moving over to trading as a Ltd co and have setup a new quickfile account for this (still need to keep the sole trader account). I have been able to move the clients by importing the CSV from a backup, but is there an easy way to move the recurring invoices?

Hi Nick

Unfortunately there isn’t a simple way to do this, except copy and paste.

Do you need your suppliers copied across too? If you haven’t done this, but need it done, send me a PM (click my name and click ‘Message’) with your old and new account numbers and I can arrange this for you.

Ok, thanks. I will manually enter them.

Nope I didn’t use the self employed account for expenses tracking, only for invoicing, so there are no suppliers to move.
