Overdue reminder not being sent

I have an invoice (3499572) that went overdue today, but no invoice reminder has been sent for it according to the events on the invoice. Automatic invoice reminders are correctly setup to send (1st reminder in 0 days) globally on the account and the settings have not been changed for this invoice. Auto-send has been setup since the account started, has not been changed since. Reminders have always gone in the past.

I’m just wondering if there is a particular time of day that they get sent? Or is it related to when the invoice was created?

I think the scheduler got backed up here! Please let me know if this still hasn’t gone by midday.

No reminder yet I’m afraid. It’s quite important I get this out soon - can you check and or advise how I can get it sent?

It’s still working through the list I’m afraid.

You can manually send any reminder by just going into the invoice, hit the send button, then select the email template.

OK - thanks - I’ve triggered it manually on this occasion.
