Power User Vat Receipt

I have just paid my power user subscription but cannot understand the instruction on how to get a vat receipt
It says the Quickfile credit section is in account settings - I cant see it

You have to click through to the top-level account settings page, it is listed there but it’s not in the drop down menu.
