I don’t seem to be able to receive emails to my work email address, I use to be able to. I have checked my spam and clutter folders but nothing is coming through.
I have had to use my personal email address to set up an account for the forum which is slightly frustrating.
Are you seeing confirmation on QuickFile that the emails are being sent all OK?
What emails have you tried sending, for example, password resets, sending invoices, new registration etc.
The fact that your personal email seems to work does seem to suggest that the issue lies on the receiving end (your mail host). It may be worth contacting them too, to see if there are any issues.
