Rename client area path

I tried to save a rename of the client path but it would stick.

its jgilchrist.quickfile.co.uk changing to jrgilchrist.quickfile.co.uk

any ideas anyone ?

Are you seeing any errors when trying to change this?

strange, now when I try it worked, It seems you have to click save, click ok on pop up, then click save again then it shows this at the top.


relogin with new url it works.

That’s correct - there’s a warning in place as it prevents any emails that you’ve previously sent from working as they’re linked to your old URL. You can still issue invoices with the new URL and they will work fine.
