I’ve used the Client_Delete function, but wondered if there was a Client_Restore (or similar) function? I have tried Client_Update in hope it would work but unfortunately not 
Unfortunately there’s no Client_Restore method at this time. I’ll add it as a possible candidate when we update the API.
