Can you advise me how to set up separate login details for my accountant to use?

If your accountant already uses QuickFile for another user, you wouldn’t be able to set up a second account for them. But they could always look at Affinity, which is designed for that purpose.
Or if you have your own domain name you might be able to set them up with an email address on there (accountant@mycompany.co.uk) that they can use as their QuickFile login. But I would ask them if they’re prepared to use Affinity, if only because Glenn and the team deserve some payment for running such a great system
