Unable to upload PayPal transactions (must be a listed format)

I receive an error message when trying to upload PayPal statement

Hi @IrMa

The file you’re trying to upload needs to be in one of the listed formats, which are:

  • .ofx
  • .qbo
  • .qif
  • .csv

Any other file format won’t be recognised, such as the one you’re using (.iif)

I’ve also removed your screenshot as it contains some of your account information.

I found qif format in the list for downloadable files in the PayPall, tried it and this is the message:

Every import I’ve seen from PayPal involves a CSV file, that would be the best option. We have some special filtering setup on PayPal imports and from my recollection it works only on their CSV files.
