Upload an OFX statement

Hi, I’m trying to upload an OFX bank statement. The bank is CashPlus which I believe is related to the Co-op, but I just get an error message to contact the system administrator.
I tried CSV as an alternative and that came up with an error about no row at position 0

Is there a way to make the OFX file work? CSVs are such a pain because I have to convert them to Google Docs, sort them out and then change them back to CSV. Would be quicker to import the transactions by hand!
