A cumulative update for this period could not be located, no updates have been saved

Hi. I’ve successfully set QF and HMRC for MTD, but when I try to submit my first Cumulative Update, I get this error

A cumulative update for this period could not be located, no updates have been saved.

I have two for the period 06-Apr-25 to 13-Dec-25 I can see in draft status
