I can not access my account on Ipad or anoroid phone. or another computer . is there a different link I can use?

Each account has their own unique web address, in the format of https://your-company.quickfile.co.uk. This is the only way to access your account.
What issues are you having? If you could give us a few details (error messages for example), we should be able to point you in the right direction.
