Access to Account Records after subscription expiry

We have two Companies with QuickFile one just starting to be on subscription the other on subscription which is ending at end of January. This Company (size XL) has not made a profit and has ceased trading. Are we still able to access our records if the subscription is not renewed.

Just to confirm that what @daithespark linked to would be correct. If the account is within a free tier, then no subscription would be required.

However, if you need temporary access or copies of the data, we’re happy to review these on a case-by-case basis. Just drop us a message if/when the time comes.
