Please can someone tell me where to access the message that I send with an invoice? Sometimes I send important info in the message and if I need to access it again I cannot find the original message.
I have even impersonated the clients account but no message is there.
Only time I see a message in the clients account is when I send a message to them as a one off or they message me.

If you mean the one sent with the email, I don’t believe this is actually stored by QuickFile. However, if you use your own mail server, you may have a copy stored there.
For example, we use Google Apps, so all our emails are routed via Google’s mail servers, and a copy of the email is saved in our sent folder:
Ah I see, no wonder I could not find it.
