Account schedule to be deleted

one of my business partners received a message saying his QuickFile account was scheduled to be deleted. We don’t want it to be deleted - why did we receive this message?

If an account hasn’t been used in 2 years, then the account will be scheduled for deletion.

However, logging in to the account will show the account as “active”. Full details should be in the email itself.
