Accountant Access

Hi I’ve emailed my accountant the details of my QuickFile, however, he has just advised me when he attempted to request access, apparently it’s requesting a payment from him.

Has anything changed, or what is he doing wrong?

That seems strange? What details did you provide him with? I can only guess that he’s logging into an Affinity account with no credit left.
