Accounting for an unfull refund

Hey there,
How would I account for an unfull refund (the supplier gave more money than the refund required)? However Quickfile only allows me to log in exact refunds?

What should I do?

Bank tagging only supports refunding the exact total of a single purchase, but you can record a partial credit by doing “more options” -> “credit note” on the purchase itself, or (in the case where it’s actually a refund rather than holding funds on account) you can simply create a “purchase” with a negative value to get a refund credit note that is not tied to a specific purchase.
