Accounting with 2 subsidiary companies

Hi Team,
As per my business model, there are two subsidiary company associated with my main organisation.
I am in need to maintain my accounting classified for both of subsidiary company.
Do I need to created 2 different account with quickfile, or I can maintain in single quick file account in classified way.
