Activated my bank feed, but no transactions have appeared

Hi

I connected a bank feed for my Barclays account earlier, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

On a different QF account there is a bank feed, also with Barclays, and it has a little blue ‘active feed’ box below the account in All Bank Accounts.

Does it take a while for the feed to start working properly.?

If I open Banking Feeds there are two accounts listed, they both say Not Linked, but Status OK.

Please advise, thanks!

If they say “Not linked”, no transactions will import as they aren’t linked to a bank account in QuickFile itself.

If you go to the bank account, firstly, make sure that you see the banks logo on there. If you don’t, go to More Settings >> Options and set the bank there.

If you do see the logo, go to More Options >> Activate Bank Feed, select the correct account, and it should work fine from there.
