Active Bank Feed doesnt work

out of the blue, bank feed has stopped working to my card and current accounts.

both accounts say ‘active feed’ but dont give any more details when i click more inf.

can you advise the best way to deal with this please

If everything looks okay on your side then it is probably best to delete/revoke the feeds and setup new ones.
Most of the time this behaviour happens when the banks do some work on their end. Sometimes you can unpause the feed but even that doesn’t last for long. So, I think the best is to delete and create a new one.
