Is it possible to add a credit card jpg to the bottom of estimates & invoices to show customers that you accept credit/debit cards.

yes it is possible, go to invoice styling and click on footer , you need to add this tag at Additional Footer Text box , <img src=" link to your image file ">
There’s a similar thread here where the user is adding trade association logos. I think the solution is much the same.
