I want to see the total of my potential income as well as invoices that need paying in my dashboard.
So can quote that have been made before and after acceptance be on the dashboard with sales and purchases?
We could possibly add the total of all SENT and AGREED quotes, although I think it would be sensible to have a cut off point rather than bring in the total of every quote stored on the account. Some will likely date back years and will never convert.
Yes I wouldn’t be interested in totalling up declined quotes, but recently sent quotes that are still possible of becoming jobs and agreed quotes for sure would be great.
Am I right in saying this isn’t available at the moment.
How long would it take to get this feature?

This is not available right now but it’s something we could consider if more users would find having this figure on the dashboard useful. The key is defining “recently sent quotes” that would work for all users.
I’ll leave this open for others to comment or add their vote.

You might need to add other options other than a quote only being accepted or declined. There are many options from other systems that I’ve come across. An easy one would be to add pending. Then all those open quotes that are still to be accepted go into the pool and you can then see how much money is possibly coming in if all quotes get accepted. Surely that would be relatively straight forward to do?

+1 on feature request. I would call the number Pipeline Total.
If archived Estimates didn’t count towards the Pipeline Total, that would solve the problem you’ve raised.
