Added SagePay - received email notification of payment but no details

Added SagePay - received email notification of payment but no details in the email about which invoice it may have paid off - or any info at all! And the payment doesn’t appear to have logged against the invoice I think it’s paid off.

Just wondering if this was normal?

(The subject line of the email did give payer ID though)

Did that email come from QuickFile or SagePay? I will send you a private message to discuss further.
