I have just added/ amended my Accountant as a team member and QF has returned with a request to register for Affinity accounts. The accountant is able to log on but has no detail of the accounts so he’s a bit stuck…
What should we or he do next?
He is not aware of any of his other clients using QF
So your accountant has registered for an Affinity account? If that is the case then they must send an invite to you to connect to your account. This option is in the top right corner of the Affinity dashboard.
They need to use the email address for the primary login for your account.

I’m afraid I’m struggling with the username and password…
I’ve had 2 attempts at a new password with a rejection each time
