Adding an accountant to my quickfile(s)

Hi i am wanting to add my accountant to my quickfile account. how do i do this ?
do i go to add team member? Also i have two quickfile accounts for two businesses i only think the accountants email address can only be linked to one Quickfile account? please advise?

The accountant’s email address can only be used as a team member on one QuickFile account but if you have your own web/email domain for each business there’s no reason why you couldn’t set up aliases and and use those as team members.
