Hi there! I am trying to add a team member to my account and she is successfully receiving emails (so I have added her correctly) but the emails talk about a further email with login link to change her password which is not arriving. Please help!

It may be that the email has bounced back previously and caused it to be blacklisted, so any additional emails aren’t being sent from our server.
