Affinity Account - Email Reminders

Hi

We have a Quickfile Affinity account with over 100 clients, we are wondering if it is possible for the “expiring bank feed” reminders to be sent to a different staff member - rather than the main admin user?

We cannot see an option for this anywhere in the software, but this would help our internal processes as we could get an admin member of staff to contact/remind the client.

“Expiring bank feed” and subscription reminders would always go to the main admin.

To get this to go to someone else you would have to re route the email after it arrives in their inbox with an email rule.
