Allocating funds paid by multiple clients on the bank account page

I’m tagging Bank Payments and want to Pay down multiple invoices on one bank credit.

I click the link “Pay down multiple invoices or assign to a client account”

But I only get an option to “assign to a client account”

My problem is I have 2 clients and I can’t split the credit between the two which is leaving me a unallocated remainder. Which is now proving tricky to allocate.

Is this a glitch or have I done something??
