Allow affinity users to share clients without switching emails

I currently use Affinity and have about 50 clients there, slowly adding more bit by bit. I work closely with accountants in the area and we share clients. Some use affinity as well and when I try to add them to my team to view our shared clients I get an error message that their email has already been registered.

One way to get around this is for the client to remove me temporarily and add the accountant, then add me back again, but some of my clients don’t use the software themselves to even take this step.

I solved one as the accountant, a sole trader asked me to add her personal email, although this is not acceptable for practices with multiple staff. I set up a free email address last year for another, and today he emailed me asking what the email was to login as he couldn’t remember, its an administration pain. Also potentially we could end up with a scenario with one practice having several login emails for different quickfile clients. Could you iron this out for affinity owners?
