Hello. Amazon purchases sometimes show up as direct from Amazon, and sometimes from an individual seller via Amazon. Whenever there’s an individual seller I create a new supplier account for them and go from there to tag the purchase. With the new Amazon invoice import option, all invoices show as coming directly from Amazon. Does this matter at all? Thanks.

This shouldn’t cause any issues. The important part is the original invoice, and should HMRC ever query any of the figures, it’s the original invoice they’ll be more interested in.
As the order references are recorded with the import tool, this should hopefully make it easy to refer back to the original invoice too.
