AMEX Auto Feed gone?

Hi, Quickfile doesn’t do a great job of telling me when certain bank feeds stop. AMEX in particular just stops without a reminder and in all honesty doesnt work great when it IS set-up but at the minute I have 2 AMEX cards, one is still running, the other has stopped running and isnt available to set back up?

Are you having issues with this feature?

Hello @w9gga

No issues reported recently.

If you already have 1 feed set up for a bank (Amex or otherwise), you will need to disable it and grant access to all accounts to that bank in one go.

Hi Steve,
I cannot do it all in one go. One AMEX card is mine via my login, the other is a colleagues using his login.
One I set one card up its impossible to do the other. I have had both going before so not sure if it altered? Also in another ticket I asked about the AMEX feed not pulling through and that you was monitoring. Ive not heard back on this and can confirm its still missing transactions.

Hi,

As far as I know, quickfile only supports one main account (one login) per bank. With one login you can have as much accounts have linked to quickfile as you have on your bank account (if they are supported). But only one login per bank. And it is not new, as long as I use quickfile there was always only one account (login) per bank

Up until recently I have had both AMEX cards auto feeding concurrently. I then went to tag them and one had stopped without warning. Since then I can only set the one up.

Hello @w9gga

Amex has moved over to the open banking standards, as @rhc mentions above you can link multiple accounts for the same bank via a single login.

You can not link multiple accounts via different logins for the same bank.

OK thanks for your help guys.
