AMEX auto feed is intermittent

There are large chunks of data not feeding through regularly. For instance we paid something on the 29th which hasnt fed through but a transaction yesterday is OK.

Any ideas why this is happening?

It may be that the payment hasn’t fully cleared if they are different types of transactions, eg bank transfer, card payment.

Have you tried refreshing the feed to see if it’s brought in?

Thanks Beth but it’s not that. We have just had to reconcile back quite a few months because it didnt balance and we found little pockets of missed transactions. Its almost like certain days were just totally missed. Plus there isnt a refresh button for the Amex feed.
