An error/diagnostic message has started appearing

On one particular invoice an error/diagnostic error appears whenever I create a new line item on an invoice, just after I have chosen the task from the dropdown items. See attached.


It doesn’t seem to do anything, so not urgent, just annoying, but it would be good to have this tidied up.
After after I click ‘OK’ everything goes on as per normal. Can’t help thinking it might be something to do with the size of the invoice, which currently has over 40 line items.
