An issue with Yodlee bank feeds?

Hi.
My quickfile accounts haven’t updated since 7th March 19.
I did a refresh bank feed, but it only recalled a single transaction from today (12th)
So i’m missing transactions from 8th - 12th March.

I haven’t changed anything from my side of things.

These transactions are visible on the Santander site.

There aren’t any issues that we’re aware of.

When you manually refresh, are you prompted for any codes (e.g. from a SMS)? If you manually refresh again and change the refresh date, does this pull in the missing transactions for you?

Out of curiosity, how many accounts do you have with Santander? If it’s just a current account, our Open Banking feed may be a better option.

Nope, I didn’t receive any sms codes. The fact it pulled down one transaction showed it was working.,… kinda.

I only have 2 accounts that I sync. So i’m interested in your open banking feed.

I do use the chrome addin to do a quick login to my accounts.

Ok. The feed appears to be working again.
I was missing 2 days transactions, which I entered manually.

I’m glad to hear this is working all OK for you again.

Regarding Open Banking - this is certainly an option, but currently only current accounts are supported. We can certainly enable this and help you get it set up if you wish to proceed with it? There are no additional fees to use it - the bank feed subscription covers all bank feeds.
