Annual accounts service

Can anyone advise if they’ve used or had problems with the quickfile annual accounting service recently. Have used them the last few years but this year they have had the info over 1 month and aren’t doing them. other than a standard message that it will be ready by the end of the week (although several weeks later still waiting for the end of the week) can’t get in contact with them either to find out why?

Hi @Peter1, I’m sorry about the delays you have had in regards to the year-end accounts service. This is managed through a completely separate part of the company to the software side but I do have direct contact with them and I will get an update on your case today.
