[API] Add client notes

Hello @Glenn,

I’m back again!

What are your thoughts on an API function which can add lines to the “My Notes” section of clients; such that external systems can post logs directly to the clients billing account (say, automated service suspension, for instance).

Seems like a good idea. I’ll log this one on our planner, it shouldn’t be too difficult to implement.

Just to let you know this API method has now been implemented. It will be there to test in the sandbox area.

The method name is System_CreateNote. You can view an XML example here. Schema is available here.
