API - Client_Update not updating post code

Hello!

I’m using the following code for a client_update call, and it updates everything specified, except the post code. Is this something I’m not doing, or something being missed QF end?

 <Client_Update xmlns="http://www.QuickFile.co.uk" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.QuickFile.co.uk http://www.quickfile.co.uk/WebServices/API/Schemas/invoices/Client_Update.xsd">
    	  <Header>
    		<MessageType>Request</MessageType>
    		<SubmissionNumber>************</SubmissionNumber>
    		<Authentication>
    			<AccNumber>*************</AccNumber>
    			<MD5Value>***********************</MD5Value>
    			<ApplicationID>********************</ApplicationID>
    		</Authentication>
    	</Header>
    	<Body>
    	        <ClientDetails>
    	          	<ClientID>967169</ClientID>
		  	<CompanyName>************</CompanyName>
		  	<AccountReference>***********</AccountReference>
		  	<AddressLine1>******</AddressLine1>
		  	<AddressLine2>Festival Drive</AddressLine2>
		    	<Town>Ebbw Vale</Town>
		    	<Postcode>NP23 8XA/Postcode>
    	        </ClientDetails>
   	</Body>
</Client_Update>

I’ve referred this and we’ll look into this and report back today.

This should be updating the Postcode fine now.

I’m afraid this particular API method wasn’t used that extensively over the last 2 years so some of these issues have only now come to light. We are committed to fixing any such problems as a priority, so please let me know if you encounter any other irregular behaviour.

That’s great, thank you!

I appreciate that and more than happy to patiently wait for things to be ironed out. :smile:
