We have an issue with the customer API.
We can set a customer to a status of deleted using the API however we can not restore the customer back to an active status using the API. We understand that the contact details are deleted from the client record when a customer is set to deleted. This is not an issue for us as we can easily update the records of a customer.
If one of our users inadvertently sets a customer to deleted accidentally they would have to login to their quickfile account to rectify.
If we try and update a ‘deleted’ client record could the status be updated to active?
