App not working problem with "Enter Supplier"

RE: Mobile app problem with “Enter Supplier”.
I have encountered a problem with the app.

I enter a new purchase receipt, take a photo and enter the amount . I then click to create new expense. The problem is with the “enter supplier” box. It will not bring up any of my existing suppliers and wants me to create a new supplier, even when one with this name already exists. If I create a new supplier I end up with a duplicate.

There are a few suppliers listed under “Recently used”, which I can click but that’s all.

I would be most grateful for some help.

Can I ask is this just with the Mobile App?

If you open QuickFile via a browser and create a new purchase, do you get a predictive list when typing in the supplier name box

If it is just the Mobile App

Is it IOS/Android?
Have you tried clearing the Apps, appdata/cache?

Yes it is just with the mobile app. I am using Android.
I have not tried clearing the Apps, appdata/cache. So will give that a go.
