Archive Download hanging


I wonder if someone can help. On Tuesday I initiated a download of my archive, I paid the required amount and waited. I am still waiting for it. When I go to the document manager page it says

Download Requests
Documents from 01/01/2013 to 31/12/2013 - INITIATED

Can anyone help out as this appears to be stuck



Apologies…It seems the scheduler stopped running! We’re rebooting it now so the archive should appear in your email within the next few hours.

INITIATED archive in Document Manager on account 6131410451 a few days ago. Still awaiting download email.

I’ve passed this over to the engineer who set this up. I will let you know as soon as I have a response.

@alan_mcbrien your archive was over 1GB so I think it was running into some timeout issues. I’m told however that this one should be OK now.
