Attach pdf doc from computer to client letter

I send normal statements to clients yet also often need to include a pdf from our own client files. I would also like to be able to attach the same client pdf doc (no statement this time) when sending a letter from QF.
The system says it’s a process that’s been implemented yet can’t find the method. Help!

When creating letters you can attach invoices on a clients account from a drop down like in the example below.

Files external from QuickFile can no be added to letters.
