Hello,
My Paypal account is connected to Quickfile and it has been working very well. However sales from Aug23 and Aug24 have not been fed into Quickfile.
I can see sales from 22nd of August and then 25th August.
How come these 2 days never got fed into the account?
Is there any way to get them into the Quickfile account?

If you go to Account Settings >> All Settings >> Event log browser, and filter by PayPal, do you see any error messages there (e.g. invalid token)?
Sorted out itself by looks of it. I can see those sales now. It was really strange though…
There are no error messages under event log browser by the way.
