Auto Bill option not there?

I’ve linked to Go Cardless, and trying to understand the way Recurring Invoices work - but when following the support pages, I clearly don’t have an Auto Bill box to check.

Is there any reason that wouldn’t appear? Some setting for GoCardless somewhere to make it add to invoices?

Yes, if there is no Direct Debit pre-authorisation setup with the client then that option would not be visible.
